557.1 Conflict of Interest
557.2 Failure to Withdraw



557.1 - Conflict of Interest
A hearing examiner or Board member shall withdraw from proceedings whenever that person has a conflict of interest.



557.2 - Failure to Withdraw
In any case in which a hearing examiner fails to withdraw from a proceeding as has been requested by a party, the examiner shall state the reason for his or her decision on the record. The Board shall consider the request at the time the entire case is transmitted and shall take appropriate action.
